I recently
tested positive, in a company drug screen, for an illegal substance and have
been forced to resign because of it. As I like to have a nice toke to relax
after a hard day at the office this has been quite upsetting for me!
Do
you reckon that, if cannabis were ever to be made legal in this green and
pleasant land, it would be worth me making some sort of appeal or something
like that? I didn't like the job anyway, but that's not the
point.

Sorry to hear about
the loss of your job due to a positive drugs test. Unfortunately that's life,
but on it goes. They've just re-classified cannabis here in the UK as
non-arrestable offence; so many people here are asking if they can have the
money for their fines back and their criminal records removed. As for appealing
against their decision were cannabis to be made legal, well who knows? Chances
are that you would be unsuccessful, just think of the amount of people that
would put in similar claims. The economy would probably collapse! Hell, try it
anyway.

I am going to
send some trips over seas and I would like to know if it would be still good or
not by the time it gets there as it will take about 2 days? How should I store
the LSD tabs in the mean time? In the freezer in tinfoil? Can I store it any
way else like in Gladwrap plastic paper, etc., and room temperature? I want it
still safe and potent :)

Your LSD
should be all right when it gets here, but to be on the safe side, send it to
me and I'll look after it. Honest!
Storing LSD is not a problem and when
sending through the post, place it in-between two photographs and mark on the
envelope in big letters DO NOT BEND - CONTAINS PHOTOS. And while you're
at it, roll out some nice pollen (again I'll look after it for safe keeping).
Also, don't forget a sprinkle of pepper or ground-up aniseed balls to put off
the sniffer dogs. You may have a problem if you post illegal drugs from
Holland, so beware.

any mushroom found in UK forests that are not poisonous and still get
hallucinogenic effects, or are there only very specific ones you can eat to get
the 'right' effects?

Get yourself a good
mushroom picking guide, as there are several hallucinogenic mushrooms to be
found on this fair isle, along with some others that are highly poisonous.
There are also some pics on this web site that can help you for identification
purposes.
The most common hallucinogenic mushroom found in the UK is the
Liberty Cap, which does not grow in forests, but there are others to be found
including Psilocybe Cyanescens (Wakefield Mushroom), which you'll find in
garden areas, arboretum type settings or anywhere there are well cared for
plants and shrubs with wood chips used for ground cover. Look for wood chips
that have been on the ground for at least a year, as much of the stuff laid
down this past summer will not fruit until a season has passed. These are much
stronger than Liberty Caps, so don't too much on your first trip.
The
Fly Agaric can also be found in UK woods and is hallucinogenic. The fungus is
also poisonous so caution should be taken with these; though deaths are rare,
unless you seriously overdo it. Typical dose is half a cap, beginners should
start with less. The 'Haycap' mushroom is also rumoured to be mildly
psychedelic.
Apparently in Ireland there are hallucinogenic mushrooms
growing all year round. Happy hunting.

I am 28 years
old, at the present time the only drug I desire is that sweet leaf. During my
teenage years, starting at 12, I abused and enjoyed abusing any drug (mostly
bud) I could put in my body. But I did not advertise. You could not tell if you
didn't know my friends or me. Starting at 14 that sweet leaf was a daily
desire, but it was still kept in the closet (cause of school and sports).
Having 13 plus years of smoking, I am starting to slow down. I am randomly
tested at work (never failing, but never quitting). Sometimes when I am talking
to a co-worker I feel stoned, but have not smoked since the night before. I'll
feel pressure in my head, watery and red eyes will come and go as I am talking.
People start thinking that I am stoned.
Does this happen to you, or do
you ever stop? Is there a solution? Or is it to late?

It sounds to me that
you're all clogged up with THC and your saturation levels are so high that you
are permanently stoned. It's a surprise that you pass your drug tests at all if
you ask me. Similarly, I used to work in a Psychiatric Hospital and comments
were made about me that I used to turn up at work looking "spaced-out" and was
even called in front of the senior nursing officer because of this. Luckily I
had seen a picture of this person at a party with a big spliff in her gob, so
there was little she could really do about it. You might not be so lucky as to
have such good inside evidence of your superiors contradictory party habits, so
the best suggestion advice I can give you is to change your job to one that is
a little less responsible, or just get on with what you are doing and use
something like
Test Clear just before any
random drug testing in order to drop your THC levels to within the maximum
allowed.

old male nurse. I have chronic arthritis and terrible back pain for which I
take Co Proxamol. This is the only analgesia that works sometimes and somebody
has suggested I try marijuana. I do smoke cigarettes, can it be taken any other
way besides smoking and where can I get some legally/online?

I'm not just saying this
but cannabis does seem like one of the safest alternative routes to counteract
your back pain. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to get this legally at
the moment, but this week that looks to be changing soon in the UK. You should
try getting a prescription off your G.P., but what the heck. I think you should
grow it at home and fuck the law, which is an ass. The more people that do
this, the smaller the black market in drugs.
There are many methods of
ingestion that do not include smoking joints, a vaporiser is good, though this
still involves smoke, but with a much greater reduced tar content.
You
could also try eating it though the dosage is not so easy to control. A plus
point being that you can incorporate it into most meals. Experiment at your own
leisure/pleasure. You'll also get more faced if you eat pot!

I am a college student in North Carolina who enjoys smoking
marijuana at the end of my day. My roommate, however, does not agree with my
recreational choices.
She says she is allergic to smoke, any kind of
smoke and yet lights incense in her room. I smoked marijuana in the house
tonight. 30 minutes after finishing smoking, she entered the room and
complained.
I was under the impression that marijuana smoke dissipates
shortly after use. Am I right? I want to respect our situation, but I live in
an apartment complex and do not want to smoke pot on my front porch.

Sorry to hear about your
flat mate disagreeing with your smoking habits. She does sound like a hypocrite
though as smoke is smoke, incense or marijuana! To stay on a good footing then
maybe you should only smoke in your room and leave a window open just to

page you have here! You seem like a cool bloke so I though I'd send you an
e-mail as I have a few questions, plus I've just started college and I'm
looking into some new 'experiences' :D Anyhow ...
- Is it prime magic mushroom season right now? If it is
do you know of any areas in the Norfolk/Suffolk area that mushies grow
in?
- I've smoked weed twice, it had no effect on me bar
giggling a lot. I've smoked hash 3-4 times and it had the same effect, I didn't
feel all that high (in fact I feel more spaced out when I smoke cigars). Do you
reckon the weed/hash that I smoked was crap or are these normal effects? As I
think I should be experiencing more of a high.
- Are there any serious side effects that you can get
from magic mushrooms? Bar that fact that there's a risk of picking the wrong
type of mushroom.
- What's the best way to take hash/weed and mushies,
I've heard that mushies are best cooked with a fry up and weed/hash is best
smoked in a pipe, is this true?
- OK, last question :) How do I make a bong/rocket? My
friend recons he has done it using a regular coke bottle (I dunno his exact
method).

Many thanks for
complements, (flattery gets you a long way here).
Unfortunately I can't
give you any specific information on mushroom picking in Norfolk/ Suffolk.
Without being too specific, a rule of thumb is that Liberty cap mushrooms (UK's
most common species) prefer to grow on lawns and grassy areas that have been
undisturbed some thirty years and have not been sprayed with pesticides and
herbicides.
A method I like to use for ingesting mushrooms is by making
a tea with them inside a vacuum flask. Steep this mix in the flask for a couple
of hours then drink. Dosage is up to you!
Bad side effects of Liberty
Cap mushrooms are occasional stomach upsets and weapon grade farts, which can
on large dosages (four figure brews) become lethal though they are not fatally
poisonous. The possibility of a bad trip is unlikely in someone who is content
within themselves.
As for not getting any effects from smoking cannabis,
then you are possibly smoking shit cannabis. Get your hands on some decent bud
(or a good pollen) and smoke the fucking lot.

There
are many ways to get higher when smoking pot.
- You could try smoking more cannabis more often.
- Take other unaddictive "pleasure drugs" such as
ecstasy or LSD to enhance your cannabis experience.
- Go to some beautiful mountainous area and climb a
peak or two.
- Learn to walk on stilts.

There is no fatal
dose of mushrooms; it's just that the effects are longer lasting and more
intense, until finally they get out of this world! They can sometimes make
people experience nausea or stomach pains, though these side effects tend to be
exaggerated by government sponsored anti-drugs organisations. It is also
possible to experience a bad trip, but generally they're great fun.
I
recommend between 30 and 100 Liberty Cap mushrooms for a beginner, depending on
your self-resolve.

Sometimes when
cannabis has been laced with PCP it has a sticker on it that clearly states
that it has been laced with PCP and is intended purely for the children's
market. Other times, unscrupulous dealers from Swindon and Oxford remove these
stickers and recycle them for environmentally friendly reasons.
Because
of this it has become difficult to ascertain the full extent of PCP use within
Great Britain, though in my experience laced pot is quite rare.

There is no way that I
am going to give you any of my marijuana tips, as they are the best part of the
plant.
Go get a good book and follow the instructions improving on
every crop that you do, making sure that you use good F1 seeds or cuttings and
when you finally grow something that is to your liking send me some because you
want to (½ ounce of haze/lights #5 will do nicely
thanks).

Britain people prefer to eat "junk food" such as chocolate and biscuits dunked
in tea with cannabis. This is gorged in fits of "the munchies". People who are
more adventurous may devise other food habits.

If I remember
correctly, the leaves had to be placed in boiling water, along with 1 lb. of
butter, and then boiled, or whatever, enabling the thc to move outta the leaves
and into the butter, which when cooled gathered and solidified itself.
You then took the pound of butter, and use it to bake your favorite
chocolate chip cookies or brownies recipe.
Am I sounding completely
fuckin' off the wall here! In any event, I hope you can come up with an answer

Unfortunately I
can't help you with your search for cannabis in Newton Abott. As far as I know,
Newton Abott is existing on a different planet which bypassed the whole
recreational drug vs alcohol thingy that happened in the 50's and 60's.
Actually that's not true, but don't expect to get a lot more than soap-bar
until you find the right crowd.
Have you ever thought about growing your
own and leaving the black market altogether?
As for magic mushrooms, I
have found them on the big lawn next to the Penn Inn roundabout funnily enough.
If you are unsuccessful there then try Dartmoor; there are literally millions
of Liberty Caps to be found there during October. Try near the pub at Dartmeet
and make a nice day out of it.

Flowering of any plant
anywhere is due to it's having a 12-hour lighting cycle. The correct time to
harvest a plant in the UK is just before the first major frosts hits. Growing
in a greenhouse with additional heating can extend this time.

Transplanting
cannabis at such a critical stage is not a good idea, as any root disturbance
will slow down plant growth. Hopefully your plants will regain their vigour
with some TLC. Next time if growing outdoors, it may be a good idea to grow in
pots, therefore making any necessary covert movement far easier and less
damaging to your plants.
